My Grandson, Reece, is a typical 5-year-old in many ways, and he is just full of life; but, unknown to him, things are going to get worse for him as time goes on.
He has Duchene Muscular Dystrophy, a cruel and devastating muscle wasting disease. Reece will be unable to walk independently, and will be confined to a powered wheelchair by his early teens.
You can imagine what my son Richard and his wife Nicky are going through at moment. What we also have to take in is that Reece has two older sisters, Lauren and Chelsea, both in their early teens, so it’s going to be a big change for all of them.
As for me, I am 59-years-old and semi retired. I love classic cars and at the moment I have 1968 Jaguar in white which makes a lovely wedding car.
I would like to offer my services as a chauffeur, and all I ask is for a contribution at your discretion and any profit made will be split between the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign and Reece's Trust Fund. Which will give me the opportunity to help the charity, which obviously will help my grandson Reece.
Thanking you in advance for your support.
